Giant Couscous, Chickpeas, Edamame Soybeans & Green Lentils

Giant Couscous, Chickpeas, Edamame Soybeans & Green Lentils

I do really like this particular pot, the flavors work really well together and I think the combination of the chickpeas, large couscous and the green lentils give a lovely texture. The seeds were crunchy and added a real nutritional value to the salad.  In terms of taste the garlic and mustard comes through quite strongly and the red onion is still sharp.
I did also find out that this salad pot is very high in protein and has 7.0g per 100g!

This salad pot contains; cooked wheat flour couscous, chickpeas, edamame soybeans, cooked green lentils, red onions, mint infused sunflower oil, yellow split peas, red peppers, lemon juice, onions, white wine vinegar, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, garlic puree, parsley, mint, salt, black mustard seeds, lemon zest, sunflower oil, ground black pepper, vinegar, rapeseed oil.
